Situated in the foot of the South Pennines, Annis Hill Farm offers self catering accommodation, B&B and a Bunkhouse that caters for up to 20 people.

Our unique 4 star self-catering Oak Cottage and Cart Shed Cottage are available for bookings.

We are close to Hollingworth Lake near Littleborough and Milnrow and the Pennine Way in Rochdale, with close links to all transport networks. We're also on Sustrans Route 66 so whether you love cycling, horse riding, walking or simply relaxing and recharging the batteries we're in the perfect spot.
